I have 3 questions... please help?
Shall I try to explain these concepts- maybe, it will help you understand better?

1. The ideological subsystem consists of ideas, beliefs, and knowledge of a culture and of the ways in which these things are expressed in speech or other forms of communication. Mythologies and theologies, legend, literature, philosophy, and folk wisdom make up this category. Passed on from generation to generation, these abstract belief systems, or mentifacts, tell us what we ought to believe, what we should value, and how we ought to act. Beliefs form the basis of the socialization process . Therefore, the elements of it are the intangible items giving distintive content and character to a culture.

2. The term cultural lag refers to the notion that society is unable to keep up with the rapid pace of technological change, and that social problems and conflicts are caused by this lag. Social changes tend to "lag" behind technological change. Cultural lag results when a culture's social institutions fails to adapt their functions so as to mesh with the changes in other parts of the larger socio-cultural system.

3. Ethnicity is social identification based on the presumption of shared history and a common cultural inheritance. An ethnic group or ethnicity is a population of human beings whose members identify with each other, either on the basis of a presumed common genealogy or ancestry, or recognition by others as a distinct group, or by common cultural, linguistic, religious, or physical traits. Ethnic communities are therefore, composed of populations with distinguishing cultural heritages.
